Device trade in status

Back in October I traded in my phone via mail in. It is now almost January and I haven't received my trade in credit yet. Does it normally take this long?

That certainly is a long time to be waiting, GregPixelPhone. When you sent the phone in, did you get a confirmation?

thank you, Its now mid Januuary and still haven't got any credit for my phone trade in...i tried checking the trade in status but all it tells me is:
