What the Heck Happened to you guys?
You used to be THE BEST phone service around. Now I can't even send reliable text messages in the middle of major cities (I live in Tacoma WA). It's like my service just got dialed back. Then dialed back some more. And then some more. Now I stand in downtown Tacoma with maybe 2 bars. I'm one T-Mobile store walk by from quitting Verizon.
