Why in the last few weeks at my house, gone from full bars and never dropping calls, to barely one bar and dropping multiple calls daily.  I might as well go back to sprint of this keeps up and save some money.

We would be devastated to lose you as a customer. Wireless devices use radio transmissions; therefore many factors can play a part in how your device receives our signals. Some factors include terrain, foliage, weather, and buildings. It becomes more difficult to guarantee service inside a building because there are different types of materials used in the structure, some that restrict signals more than others. These factors can change as when the seasons change so can the foliage. We will be more than happy to get to the bottom of this to keep you in the family. Did anything change in or around your home (including home renovations)? How is your service once you leave your home?

Nothing has changed. We only have 3 trees in our whole yard. We have never had a problem in this home for 3 years until a couple weeks ago. We went from always full bars to barely 2 bars.

I have an iPhone 6 and my calls drop all the time too.  Nothing has changed at my house and I still have the same phone but it has just started in the past month.

Yikes, that is not the service we strive to provide and that is quite a bit of time to be dealing with this. I'm on the scene and eager to help right away. Is this only happening indoors? Or do you also experience dropped calls outdoors? Are other Verizon users experiencing the same issue in your area?

I have the same issue in the Portland Oregon .... Over the last 6 months my area including my house has experienced 2 - 3 dropped calls a day.   There are several new "dead" spots that are now on well traveled roads that weren't there 6 months ago.   At my home I bought a LTE booster, which helped in the house.  The dead spots on the roads is killing my productivity.   Verizon Please address these antenna issues

No one has time for dropped calls, rkwarren4. We want to make sure that you hold a conversation. I would love to help and figure out what is going on with your service. May I have the nearest intersection and zip code? Is anyone else having this issue? Please tell me more. AmberF_VZW
