I haven't upgrade my phone in 3 years and I was looking in to getting the new iPhone. When I looked in to it I did not see any good deals in the My Verizon website. I was wondering why Verizon does not have any good deals for existing customers? Or If Verizon does not care for customer loyalty? It looks like if I want to find a good deal and upgrade to the new iPhone I will have to go to a different provider.
Will Verizon come up with good deals for e existing customers for the holydays or should just go ahead and port my number to a different carrier?
Pay for your phone like everybody else. If you are paying for service and get good coverage, that's all your carrier owes you. Paying the same company for years doesn't entitle anyone to any freebies.
Few others asked same thing past week or so guess the answer is what promotion they run at time is the deal existing customers get
Getting a new device is always exciting, and getting it at the best price possible is even better. Your loyalty means the world to us and we are here to help and ensure you get that device. Are you currently having trouble with your device? Which phone are you looking to get?
You are not stuck buying your phone from verizon. I go to bestbuy and find i get some nice deals there especially with black Friday coming up.
Acraftylady2, we appreciate your years of loyalty with us. Even though this deal may not be a good fit for you, we can certainly check to see if there are any additional options. https://www.verizonwireless.com/deals-landing/
Not likely. They used to do free upgrades and you only paid activation fees, but not anymore... ive been Verizon for at least 20 years, no more grandfathering plans... its all about the money
This link does not allow an existing customer to upgrade for this deal. I have tried. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and was told I could upgrade with my daughter which is on my account for the BOGO deal for the ProMax 12 to only find out the rep didnt know what he was talking about . Verizon would not stand behind what was told to me by the rep which even texted me that I could have the promotion. I do not get why Verizon will not stand by their customers who have paid them thousands of dollars each year. It would be different if we were asking for something unreasonable but were only asking to get the same deals as the new customers. It really does not make any sense to me.
TinaW3, your 20+ year loyalty means the world to us. There are certain qualifications required for certain promotions that cannot be modified, however we would be more than happy to take a closer look at your account to see if there are any promotions available for you. We'll be sending a Private Note to better assist.
Unfortunately this link does not have anything for existing customers. I wish there was a better approach to this issue of keeping customers loyal.
