I work for the United States Postal Service and was we are working many hours as essential workers also at risk of getting COVID-19. I was wondering if you would be giving discounts on our phone lines as well like you are to first responders, teachers, military and veterans? We have had over 60 Postal employees die from the virus and over 2000 infected.
Please consider us as well, especially if we are not considered for the bailout from the current administration.
Thank you

We appreciate all of our essential worker customers BelleAnne and apologize for not offering something for you too. At this time we don't have a discount for postal workers but we appreciate the feedback. I will forward it to my manager. You can always apply for an employee discount via the link below.

Hi,
I was wondering if Verizon will be updating and re-evaluating their discounts for "healthcare workers". It seems it is only referencing nurses. I am a registered dental hygienist and as I'm sure you know, we are rated as one of the highest risk professions considering our proximity to every patients mouth as well as being surrounded by aerosols generated on the hour. Will Verizon reconsider expanding their definition of healthcare workers to other professionals in addition RN's?
Thank you,
Chris

We understand the importance of having a discount on your plan. However at this time we are not providing discounts for dental assistants. This is only provided for healthcare workers in the medical field.
