Google pixel 3xl sim not working.

Woke up this morning and my google pixel 3xl had a notification for "Verizon data usage limited- due to time of day or data limit."

Currently can't text or call anyone and can't resolve this notification. 

Have already checked to make sure my phone's sees the carrier as verizon under setting and also have already turned off the device and removed the sim card and cleaned the tray. 

Any help would be appreciated.

That would be a morning surprise, and we want to make sure all services are functioning as intended, Chaieckley. What happens when you attempt to make a call out or send a message out? What does your phone display regarding a signal(4G/LTE, 3G, 1X)?
