Horrible coverage

I have Verizon for over 1 year and after call several times about poor coverage , nobody seems to care , I would like to enjoy make phone calls and data but the quality of both iplain terrible , I call several times they ask me to play to my phone settings and ending do nothing , I hope the company instead try to invest in 5 g they can provide with service , I’m only 1 hour away from Minneapolis. Where 5 g have been launch and cannot even make a phone call.

anyone know who can solve this issue ?
