I've been trying to get texting resolved on my phone. Half the people I text don't get them. I'm losing buisness because of this. I spend over $400 a month and need a service that actually works. I've been on hold for a tier 2 representative for over 2 hours now. Called Verizon on another phone and they said just keep waiting nothing they can do. Can't take this type of service anymore.
