Looking through my account information, I can't find anywhere how to change my credit card information for auto bill pay. I'm not sure if there is an option for that, if it was possible to contact Verizon about this I would but they don't seem to want people doing that.
are you on prepay or post pay acct .....you can do on online @ myverizon or by calling *611 either way

Are you using a debit card for your current Auto-Pay method?
