***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. How do I extend the suspension of my Verizon phone services?

I suspended my phone when I left the USA in January; I just got an email to say it will be reconnected 4/1 but I will still be away and need to extend the period of suspension. How do I do this as I cannot activate Live Chat and there is not email address for me to send a message to. I am out of the USA and in Asia, I will not be returning to USA for a few more months.

Right now Verizon sucks.

Great news. We are here to help you resuspend your line. You can suspend up to 180 days in a 12 month period. On 4/1 you will be able to log in and resuspend the line of service.
