Pam - It's Mike, not John.
And I'm happy to announce that my wife and I have left Verizon Wireless...as nobody from this board contacted us as described above (twice), and we have since joined AT&T Wireless.
The service is much better, our cell phones finally work in our house, and the service is very strong throughout Los Angeles.
I had AT&T 3 years ago and it was much weaker, but apparently all the recent literature and articles are true, they've improved their services BIG time!
To all of you on the board who are sick of your Verizon cell phones not working, try AT&T. They work great on the new iPhone 5s!!!
And...I'm off the board and officially done with Verizon. Good luck and good night:)

Same, to the extent reps seemingly have no options to retain current customers, and by current, I mean 20-year customer(s). Here I come T-Mobile.

I’m leaving them as well and is returning my iPhone 12 and 12 Pro Max ASAP. 5G service is a hot mess. My phone didn’t work for 5 hours and just came back on at 9:23pm. Have not had 5G service since I upgraded. Liars and false advertisers... I have proof that it don’t work and I was warned about theses issues before I purchase the phones. Oh well, they got me that time but want get me again with their lousy lying agents that tell a million different lies. None of them have the same answers when you call and all the hype about there customer service being great is a lie... It’s AT&T first... my prepaid service was better than this post paid mess

I mean, if you want to risk no service, Tmaybe can work. Where I live Verizon gets 3 bars where they get emergency calls only.
@TomekaG You can turn off 5G on iPhones you know.
