For months now during the pandemic, I have been experiencing slower internet speed, and my phone coverage has been acting weird. I even thought that after receiving the alert about carrier coverage update on my iPhone 10s and iPhone 11 Pro Max, my service has not improved. What’s going on ?

I feel this. Two days ago my boyfriend texted me saying his phone was acting up. He came home that night and showed me that his bounces around on it's own. So if he's texting or on facebook it randomly switches screen. He just held it and we watched as it bounced between people's profiles on facebook. I thought maybe he dropped his but now mine is doing it too and I KNOW I haven't dropped mine. It's very odd that a few days after his started shorting out mine did too. Especially since mine was a warranty replacement that I just got within the last 30 days.
We can't have that, we know you rely on your phone and it should be working correctly for you. Were there any recent changes to either of the phones? What are the make and model of the devices?
Wow! It took three months for a response.. There were no changes to the device that I have now. My internet service has been bad since mid April. I’ve contacted my internet company as well. I’m down to only one mobile device which is the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Whenever I’m on FaceTime, someone always tells me that my service is breaking up, and that my phone is freezing. But, I can see them perfectly fine. What can be done so that my internet connection is faster and better?
