This has been totally ridiculous. I have been trying since October to try to get a mobile + home discount. I have been given a run around for 2 weeks, spent over 8 hours trying to talk to someone who can help me. I was given incorrect information by the service coordinator when I enrolled regarding my discounts, I have been unable to talk to someone who can give me a straight answer, and I have not received the return communication I was promised, ie phone calls from a supervisor. I am so beyond frustrated and have wasted so much time with this garbage. The automated system then had the audacity to ask for a review when they couldn't help me and I was STILL on the phone with the customer service rep. I am so beyond disgusted and frustrated with VZW and their entire system. I'm going to be telling everyone to stay away from Verizon. Absolutely ridiculous.

To say that I am beyond IRATE with this company is the understatement of the century. I hate Verizon Wireless. I am paying for a service and phone that I can’t even use! The phone I bought does not connect to Wi-Fi, it never has any signal, no representatives are ever available to talk to, and I am paying an outrageous amount of money for something I can’t even use, and I am switching to a new provider as soon a possible. I despise this company with a passion. I am going to be warning everyone I know to stay away from this company.
Verizon knows that they are at the bottom of customer service, online support and pricing regardless of what they are claiming and misleading the public badly.
Verizon is a big loser compared to T-Mobile. Only because we’re a part of family plan drawing a bit the cost down we still tolerate Verizon very bad signal reception, including with our Verizon 5G tower at Lincoln Blvd. and our residence at nearby Del Web retirement community, just off Ferrari Ranch Dr. Verizon 5G Home Internet Verizon brag about is practically poorly working in Lincoln and Del Web due to the same reasons - very poor signal from the closest Verizon 5G tower off Lincoln Blvd.
This company should have upgraded their 5G tower network in Lincoln long time ago. They hide their 5G tower map purposely, so potential subscribers will use all red very misleading coverage map, all in red, so Verizon pretends to have the best coverage.
Also, Verizon 5G Home Internet comes with a 5G modem/router cube which device website configuration is substandard, not allowing changes and adjustments that market competitor modem/routers do. It’s badly surprised to find out that even the modem/router comes with ore-configured mode of the old time 802.11n instead of the better WiFi signal 802.11ac setting.
Even in this case this Verizon modem/router (gateway) comes with this “ac” capabilities. Other available good options are also skipped not pre-configured for the customer benefit, like using to full extend the capabilities of dual mode modem/router with gateway’s own 2.4MHz and 5MHz networks. Every user will love to have their WiFi home network clients login spreader in separate MHz networks so taking advantage of optimal WiFi signal for each home electronics
