My phone will not load ANYTHING. I can still make calls and texts thank god but I cannot load anything online. Videos will just keep spinning, everything on social media shows up blank, etc.
I tried shutting off my data and turning it back on, I've tried shutting my phone off several times, nothing worked.
it still says LTE in the top right and it says I have 4 bars but that's clearly not true.
what is going on!?!? Going on day 4 of being able to do nothing on my phone.
