Location Number at end of Error Announcement?

Does anyone know what the location numbers mean at the end of the Verizon Wireless call failed announcements?

Example:

When dialing a invalid number you get the recording - - Welcome to Verizon Wireless! Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again. Announcement 4 Location 58024.

The Location codes change based on my Location, sometimes by just a few feet. Does anyone know what those Location numbers stand for? Cell tower IDS?

If so, is there a map of the closet tower that could match this?

The number you are hearing is called the System Identification (SID). This identifies the Home Location (your area code) or the Visiting Location Register (if you are outside your home area). This can help identify Cell Site issues in a certain location. Normally, you will hear 'Switch xx-xxx'. These values are not meaningful to customers, they are used by Technical Support.

I found completed calls on my husband's phone with the error code 4 the location code is 13360. When they clearly went through on his phone days before. I don't get it, but I get the feeling in my gut I won't like it if I ever do.
