Started service last week and have a major issue. I now seem to have 2 accounts as well as 2 separate bills for one line. It gets even stranger when I have the last portion of the account number for one account, but when I click on the link it goes to the second account. Tried calling in but was unable to get through as I get disconnected after about 10 mins. Tried to go through chat, but box comes up "talking to agent" with no name or responses. Ugh!!!! trying to get this settled or reassured that I don't owe two bills before the end of the month shows up.
