Verizon does not honor their agreements. We were supposed to get 144 back on trade in. We received 60. After four hours on support and four disconnections, I realize the rebate is not real Buy a phone if you want, but don’t count on getting money back Verizon has promised. Too bad, I will probably switch carrriers and certainly would not recommend Verizon. Terrible customer service and dishonest.
