My order status has not changed

I placed an order for iPhone 12 ProMax on the BOGO. I received one of the phones, but the other hasn't shipped yet. What is causing this delay?

It's always an exciting time when you have a few new phones coming your way. Please keep in mind that all phones, especially those that are in such high demand, will only ship out when there is stock available. Any devices like this would have an "expected ship date" or "out of stock until" message on their product pages, while your own order confirmation would show the expected ship date based on when your order was completed. When did you originally place your order? What is the exact color/memory of the iPhone 12 Pro Max you haven't received yet? While any current expected ship dates would be different from whatever is listed in your own order confirmation, we can still see what the current-as-of-today ship dates would look like.
