We would like to enable our employees with Verizon phones and WiFi calling the ability to use the feature but need to know what the destination IP's and ports are to allow through the firewall.
we found the network extender link but those don't seem to be valid for WiFi Calling.
Anyone have this information?
Thanks!
I have a similar discussion open on the forum as well. Check out this post.

Thanks! I'll chime into that thread as well, I've discovered some additional IP addresses that we have discovered..
Yes, I called today and got this information from Apple. It is specific to Sonic and iPhone.
Port 500, 4500
Tcp or udp
500udp
4500 udp
Protocol wifi calling for both
After 2 days of research and talking with nitwit techs I discovered from Samsung.. Apparently your WiFi router needs to be fixed to channel 6 as well as open ports open for 4500 and 500.
*To get wifi calling to work router must be set to channel 6 !!!.
Now go to "nat" then port triggering setup and pick "add"
Top Line put:
Trigger....
Box 1. Protocol = UDP
Box 2. Port range Start 500, End 500
Open....
Box 1. Protocol = UDP
Box 2. Port range Start 500, End 500
Second line put:
Trigger....
Box 1. Protocol = UDP
Box 2. Port range Start 4500, End 4500
Open....
Box 1. Protocol = UDP
Box 2. Port range Start 4500, End 4500
I finally fixed this by enabling UPnP at my router. All security recommendations proscribe disabling UPnP, but it is apparently a requirement for Verizon WiFi Calling to function.
Yes, port triggering w/ UDP ports 500,4500 is necessary. Great find & tnx.
No I didn't need to use channel 6.
