There apears to be no Verizon service in much of Arkansas. 
When will this be resolved?

I have the same issue.  I am in Conway, AR  It was raining earlier but not now.

I dont think even internet messages are getting out.  I sent one to  houston and the recipient hasnt responded

Having service issues is never ideal, acase41. I'd be happy to go over some details with you. There was a known service issue in Arkansas a few days ago that has since been resolved. Please power your device off and back on and let us know if you're still having issues? GregL_VZW
