Ongoing billing issue for months

We purchased 4 new phones in December and are still waiting to get the proper trade-in credit for one of the phones.  We have spoken to about 5 representatives at Verizon.  Every one of them has  promised that the issue would be resolved but nothing ever gets fixed on our bill.  It is so frustrating to be overcharged on our bill every single month after being told it would be corrected!  Does anyone have a suggestion on what to do?

We know getting the full value with your trade-ins is important, especially while taking advantage of a promotion with it. For the line that needs things fixed, is it missing the trade-in credits, or are they for a different value?
