My phone order placed on 11/18/21 has shown a "Delivery date will be updated soon" status since order placement. No one in customer service at the stores, phone, or chat is able to provide any sort of update on this order. Of course I have already been billed and my trade in has already been accepted. Why is Verizon unable to provide an update to a 2 month order?
