Phone rebate never received

The Palo Alto Verizon store quoted a $400 rebate for a phone trade in during Black Friday sales. Per the ad, “$400 towards Google Pixel with trade-in”. After sending the old phone back via UPS the agent said the only credit we were entitled to was for a new line.   Visited the store where store manager promised to investigate and call with explanation ... 2 days later no call received.  We have 8 lines on the account and are very disappointed in the level of service received.

Where is our $400?
