I upgraded my phone but the rep ordered the wrong phone. We tried to cancel the order but weren't able to. The phone was then rerouted to the return center. It was delivered 2 months ago but never processed. So the order is considered pending on my account. I am unable to continue the upgrade or activate new lines. I have talked to no less than 20 people that only submit ticket requests but nothing happens. Has this happened to anyone else?
