***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Phones been horrible since 12/11/2021

Phone just went to blah no network available most of the time for the phone. always mostly one bar. The verizon customer service said it was likely my data or area but i have always had great service on this phone it just went horrible all of sudden. I have an unlimited plan but my phones internet and calls have always been fine until 12/11/2021. its like someone pushed a button and its just terrible service. already went through trouble shooting the phone nothing worked so i am assuming its on verizons end?

Rudy8290, we never like to hear that you are coming across issues with your service. I see you have already spoken to our phone support team. Allow us to get a few more details and other set of eyes on this for you. We just need a few more details first. What zip code do you see this happen in? Is this occurring in a specific location? Does it happen indoors and/or outdoors?

SameHereUgh, making sure your device is working properly is important. Let's investigate this matter. What is the Make/Model of your device? What happens when you try to use your services (calls, text, data)? May we have your nearest intersection, City, and zip code so we can accurately pinpoint your location? -Sylvia
