our Verizon cell phone service and FiOS Wi-Fi have been getting progressively worse for months and now are practically nonexistent. Dropped calls no one can hear us and we lose Wi-Fi signal every few minutes. I have called Verizon been transferred from tech-support to tech-support to tech-support and then dropped.
