Poor coverage

why did my signal drop to 1 bar? i have three phones on wireless and all with the same signal strength. my zip code is 73010 and i have an iPhone 8 and two iPhone 12. signal started getting bad about a month or so ago. AT&T signal is great with no issues. so if you cannot fix it i will transfer my number to them. thanks

We can understand your frustration with having poor coverage, John.  As phone users ourselves we want to be able to rely on our device to function as needed too. There are no service alerts for the ZIP Code you provided, can you please send us a Private Message, so we can look into this?
