I've done numerous internet speed tests. I've contracted for 100 download and 100 upload service. My test results are consistently 47 download and 97 upload. In addition, I believe it's probably worse at night since one of my TVs freezes and pixellates between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7 am. How do we fix this?
