Poor signal area - CS rep "confused"

Customer service rep was unable to understand my poor signal complaint.  Can a Verizon employee help to address the problem please?

Terrain is very flat, there is a high voltage transmission corridor approximately 1 mile north.  The many many transmission towers provide excellent opportunity to bolster service without having to worry about extensive build-out.  The grid operator in southeast michigan is very amenable to leasing towers and allowing directional boring through their easements.
