We moved to Stow, MA this year and it didn't even occur to us to check whether cell service was available. It's a small town but we are not in the middle of nowhere. The cell service doesn't work on our street. It's actually better in the woods behind our house. If our wifi is down (different provider) we have no backup. Is this on Verizon's radar and is there anything that can be done?
Unfortunately, Verizon Wireless has no method for customers to report poor signal "dead zones".
The next steps with Verizon Customer Service will be to report it as an outage or service interruption and/or to troubleshoot your devices.
We can certainly work with you to see what is going on at your location. We have sent you a private message here on this platform.-Dolores
