On January 2 I moved five phone lines over from sprint to Verizon. I did this to take part of a promotion that was being offered at that time. Due to many issues on Verizon‘s end our phones did not arrive for quite a while. I applied for the Verizon E gift card as instructed and turned in our old phones. To date the credit for the phones has not been applied and we are told that the promotion does not apply due to not being purchased between the dates of 12/10/20 and 1/3/2021. January 2, 2021 is definitely within those dates. I’m having no luck getting a hold of anybody who can answer the question instead of being transferred over and over. I’ve spent hours trying to get this resolved. I would love any help getting this cleared up

Seems many others have same problem with promotion and or trade ins they seem to use the logic of if they ignore you long enough that you will just forget as they tell you to wait and you didn't do this that in time

I was trying to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon on 2/04/2021 I picked out my phone so my plan with student discount online and the total was $75 per month $28 due that day the site goes off I did that several times the chat support tried to walk me through it same thing I lost them. After about the fifth time I went to the local store showed them it did the same thing to them so they set it up there said they would knock their charge down to$20 well I ended up paying the $28 and I was pleased way better service until I open the my Verizon app and see my bill is $153 the next day I called customer service and the lady I talked to act like she can't see any of it on her end I was aggravated at that but nothing I could do. Buttom line I don't think that was very much of a switch to Verizon deal at all in fact I hope it's not just the beginning of a dirt show that I don't want to deal with what should I do
