joekelley78, the trade-in process is supposed to be a smooth process, and it is very troubling to hear that you are having issues.  I know during these crazy times every dollar  counts,  and I would be on top of it as well.  I want to take a look into this, and I am here to help.  Can you please explain in more detail what your issue with a trade-in is?  SantoC_VZW
