Service Outage in 84401

Myself and many multiple coworkers who have Verizon have been experincing service issues with our data/internet useage on our phones. We can only text or call, nothing else is working. When will this issue be resolved. Its been down since around 700am on Dec 5 2019? Any one else experience this? I call my local verizon store and it says they are experiencing issues and can not take our call.

Hawaii151522, I know how important it is to have service that you can rely on for work, and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with our service. I was not able to locate any alerts for your area. Does your service improve outside of the 84401 zip code? What happens when you try to use data?
