***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. On May 21, 2022, I began a Verizon “on site chat” with an agent regarding 5G Ultra Home Internet.  If you signed up, you would also receive a SimpliSafe 8 piece Security Bundle after having your Home Internet for 60 days.  Agent told me that at the 60 day point with account in good standing, I would receive a “tile” on my account page to click and fill out mailing information for the Security Bundle.  It has been almost 90 days and no “tile” has been posted on my account.  When trying to call Verizon, I was transferred to 4 different and wrong offices to help me with my situation.  Yesterday, I scheduled a call with Verizon to clear up this matter.  I was suppose to receive a call between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m..  No call was received.
