Please send a tech there. The reception most anywhere in the city is poor. The reception downtown is non existent.
Inside a business downtown .... a duck call works better.
I wish I were exaggerating. This applies to everyone I know with Verizon.
Every day at lunch we hold conversations about subjects and make the mistake of trying to look it up on our phones. NOT.
Please do something about this asap.
Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 and report the issues and ask them to open a trouble ticket to investigate the problem.
