Three times Verizon has promised to send me return labels and boxes after I bought new phones and line upgrades. Guess who still does not have rebates after trusting them with new purchases? So much time has passed. I beg for a real person to call to resolve - like the one who took my NEW ORDERS - but I lose HOURS on chat support even though I beg for escalation from the first minute.
Since that device and new plan purchase, I have had autopay issues, erroneous payment return by Verizon delaying a new device, and more. Chat cannot correct any of this.
Who has a real customer service person to contact? I used to LOVE this brand. If I had never made new purchases or upgrades, I would have been happier.
