Lately in many spots in Brooklyn we are experiencing very poor coverage. although calls stay connected, the person on the receiving end stops being able to hear the caller whenever the caller walks  near certain arear in 11223/11230 zip codes. Verizon reps are indifferent and cluelessly unhelpful.
