***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Ticket Update/No Service at Home

I opened a ticket ten days ago regarding a lack of service at my home address. No one has contacted me since then. I chatted with an agent who said that the ticket was locked so they could not give me an update. Another agent tried to sell me a new plan. Is there any way to get an update? Honestly, on my last leg with Verizon right now.
