we took advantage of the Verizon trade in (or should i say Verizon took advantage of us) they said one of the iPhones i traded in they didn’t receive. Empty box . I have shipment from ups showing weight , the phone was def in it. Now I’m out my iphone 12 that i sent to them and the 800 trade in value. Please if this has happened to you file a complaint with the FCC.
