My screenshots say all. Verizon return center received my phone a while ago, but trade in status does not update.
I really need to see that my trade in value starts applying to my bills.
Can somebody please help me??
It’s extremely difficult to chat or speak with a Verizon representative - I don’t have time to wait for like an hour on hold.
Have you tried to go to this check status page to ensure you have been assessed and final trade-in credit given?

Did you get this resolved? Mine was started three days before yours and I have the exact same message-Value if $0 on my status.
Unfortunately, no it’s not solved. And the rep above has not replied to my private message yet.

No. As of now, Aug 29 10:00 PM (EST), it still shows as $0.
It has not yet been processed.
The Verizon center in FortWorth TX received my phone on Aug 05 at 10:00 am, according to UPS tracking status.
Same here…mailed 7/14
Verizon received 7/22.
Status says it’s not been evaluated and the trade in value is sitting at $0.
But my bill is still getting to me right on time without the credit!
