We updated to 5g phones in Feb. We got a credit on our old phones. We were thrilled. Every little bit helps. I received an email from Verizon yesterday Apr 24 that I was losing my credit due to the phone plan we were on. Included senior credit. Tradein did not qualify. Bummer. So we changed our plan (much more expensive) to keep our credit. Today Apr 25 I received an email that they have stopped my credit on my trade ins. I have been with Verizon over 20 years & never had a problem before. I need to find out how to get my old phones back. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED. Needless to say, I will be calling again today. Not looking forward to doing it all over again. Can't wait to make a change. So tired 😫 of all this. No one knows what they are doing.
