Attempting a port number transfer and I've spoken with an agent via chat and two via phone without success. I no longer have the verizon Sim so can't authorize via text and the website times out when attempting to generate a PIN. No one has been able to assist and I'm about to just give up.
Making sure you have the assistance needed is vital. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me some details on what happened to the Verizon sim card?
