***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Upgrade fees

Very disappointed to be hit with $140 upgrade fees and activation fees for getting the best phones for what’s supposed to be the best network. Charging fees for Verizon to do absolutely nothing is wrong. Today I was told it was because “Verizon offers a wide range of support and for a seamless transfer” providing tools and support is basic customer service to insure your customers remain customers. I understand that all carriers may charge fees but it’s not right and I’ve been with Verizon 6 years and should be able to expect the best from a company claiming to be the best. I ordered everything online and setup sat home myself Verizon got the sale. If you want to be the best then be better then the rest and stop lying.
