How do you speak to someone at Verizon that can speak clear and simple English? I have been taken advantage of by this company with increased bills, and charges that are completely ridiculous. I was with sprint for over 18 years before coming to Verizon and never once had an issue. I've Ben with Verizon for 18 months and only 2 months out of the 18 was my bill correct. I've reached out every way I know how to get help from this company and nothing works. You get disconnected, hung up on or you just can't understand tge person who your talking too.
