Verizon lost my trade in

Traded-in two phones at a Verizon store. Rep provided ONE box and told me to put both phones in it. Verizon is showing that they only received one phone. I either want my phone back or I want the credit I was offered. This is ridiculous.

Each trade-in kit has its own submission ID, which is why we always recommend to place the devices in separate kits so each trade-in credit is applied correctly to the separate lines.
