Went to a local store in October to open service with verizon and the employee gave me a ups box to ship my iPhone XS Max for trade in, guess what? 3 month later I have not heard anything. So I called and their rep said they can’t find anything in the system. I still have ups receipt and the tracking number showing it was delivered to them. What a scam!
Don’t ever do a trade in with them. What a joke!
