Interesting story.  We'll have to see where this goes and what can be done about it.  Dueling use of the same frequencies, Mexico/USA?!!??  Not sure what VerizonWireless might be expected to do about it other than switch frequencies.  How easy would that be?  Is it VZW's responsibility to 'protect' customers?

Unless I misread the article, Verizon was using the frequency first. Also, don't put 100% faith in "news" from the media as being accurate and completely truthful.
