Verizon stream Tv

My Verizon stream tv is stuck on Google sign-in screen. I can't seem to get past it. Anyone else having same issues if yes, what was the solution?

Being able to use this  TV is mandatory.  Let's get to the bottom of  this.  When did this first start?  What happens  when  you enter your  information and try to move forward on it?
