Verizon trade in credit issue

I recently added a line to Verizon and bought a new Pixel 6 Pro with the $700 trade in and $200 new line deal. I sent them my Pixel 4 XL for trade in. I also had the option to pay the device in full when I bought the phone from Verizon and still qualify for the credits. Unfortunately, I have not received any credits and the agents tell me that because I paid the device in full, they cannot provide me the mentioned credits. This has been a horrible experience. Can anyone please help?

Sometimes the agents tell me that they have received the wrong device for trade in when I clearly have pics showing Pixel 4 XL and sometimes they tell me I don't qualify for the credits anymore as I paid the phone in full. Verizon clearly gives the option on their website to pay the phone in full and still get the credits. Any help in resolving this issue will be very appreciated.
