What happened to my voice mail greeting?

Hello.

We recently upgraded one of our lines to a new 5G phone ( Apple iPhone 14 Plus  ).  We had kept the voicemail greeting recorded by a family member who had passed away and now it is gone, replaced by the default reading off of the phone number.

Is there some setting to return to the recorded message?
